Agra gym trainer posing as RAW agent rapes Canadian woman he met on Tinder

A gym trainer has been charged with “rape” and “criminal intimidation” by the Agra police for sexually assaulting and exploiting a Canadian woman posing as a RAW agent. According to the complainant, the accused befriended her through a dating app posing as a RAW agent.

The two soon entered into a physical relationship. When she returned to Canada, the woman found out she was pregnant. When she informed him of her condition, the man threatened her and stopped her.

A FIRE has been filed against the man under relevant sections of the BNS, including 64, 123, 351 (2), 74 and section 67 of the IT Act.

According to the complaint, the accused, Sahil Sharma, is accused of raping several times. He also named Sahil’s two friends in the Fire. The woman said she first met Sahil on Tinder in March when she was in India. After meeting her once, Sahil invited the woman to a hotel for dinner on March 20.

The woman said she had cold drinks and pizza, which had been stored in them before, in the hotel room. However, he suddenly felt dizzy and then fainted. She said Sahil raped her soon after, and she found out about it when she woke up. “When I protested against Sahil, he said he is a RAW intelligence agent,” he said in his complaint.

The victim said Sahil said he wanted to marry her, and her life was in danger. He said Sahil told him that he was hiding his identity from his family.

The woman said that after returning to Canada, Sahil called her and returned to India in August to meet her mother. During his stay in August and September, Sahil “had several physical encounters” with him in Delhi and Agra.

The woman said that she was made to delete WhatsApp conversations and calls with Sahil as she insisted that she had to keep her identity a secret. He also said that he made him meet his friend, Arif Ali, who introduced himself as a police officer.

The woman also accused Arif of cheating on her with her pornographic photos which she said she got from Sahil. When she returned to Canada, the woman informed Sahil about her pregnancy on Facebook Messenger. He said he was stopped by him immediately after this.

“Sahil has made my life a nightmare… I can’t see a way out, I’m trapped… He even talked about posting my naked pictures on the dark web… I’m suffering from stress and I’m taking your medicine. ,” the woman wrote in her complaint.

The police said they will arrest Sahil soon after the investigation is completed.
