An 8-year-old boy was beaten up by a teacher at a private school in Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi after a student saw him watching porn on his mobile phone, police said.
The students are said to have been laughing at the teacher, Kuldeep Yadav, after he was found watching porn. Angered by this, the teacher hit the boy.
“The teacher grabbed my son by the hair and hit him on the wall with his head and injured his ear, and this teacher also used abusive language accused of hitting the child with a stick. I have reported the incident to the police. at the station,” said the boy’s father, Jai Prakash.
The police have registered a case based on a complaint filed by the child’s father.
The police arrested the suspected teacher and started questioning him.
Gopinath Soni, the Superintendent of the Local Police, said, “A case of assault was opened at school when an 8-year-old child was beaten by his teacher. According to the complaint of the boy’s father, we have arrested the teacher.”
