Teaching good is a great obligation.
Don’t make a mistake-educating never easy. But as we arrive in 2014, as a job Teaching is increasingly evident as possibleaccountability, and ongoing transformation. What makes it a challenge to do at all, do more Well.
The answer to these challenges is the mix of construction of the building, Development of a Special Teacherand a concerned amount of teacher losing. So how can you be called sanctified rather than simply avoiding hard?
What are ‘teaching secrets’ that lead to growth?
7 Teaching Secrets for long-age
1. Put big rocks first
This is not a matter of ‘priority’, but rather mistreating and prioritize.
As a teacher, my first survival strategy started to prioritize. And the highest of those priorities? Deeper understanding of energy levels. That is what is made up to me in the anticipation of schools and the truth of sitting in front of me. It may be different from you, and that’s okay, but whatever things come first, you choose your care – things that will endure, and that can be resurrected to do other things. (More of the other posts.)
It may not be possible to suggest that it is focused on certain things, because that means you don’t pay attention to others. And to the extent, that’s true. You can’t do everything, and if you’ll be able to do some things, start with what is most important.
My dad used to tell me that if you fill her with stones, all to do should be equal to the first rocks.
2. Make technology to work for you
Using technology to learn to read reading to RAP, and for good reason. It is the way of lazy, unemployment, and poorly. But if you have to do a lot of options, why not do it Check testing Using Google Drive Forms?
Definitely, you cannot restore the teacher with iPad. Using whiz-bang technology to exchange good teaching is a very bad way. But you can Use technology to change those parts of informative teaching and valuable learning process and important students.
Make technology to work for you. It is not easy, and it is not always worth the effort, but it is always worth looking.
3. Know yourself
Know yourself – your pleasant place as a teacher, a learning organizer, colleagues, teacher’s leader. Know your good side, your weak places, and the needs of those around you.
Do all you can to support the most busy schedule for public learning centers. But be honest with you. Know what is doing well, and when you tend to be in or worse. Know what you forget, when your leading ideas are, and what helps you see a big picture when every day gets all the blur.
4. Teach the current
Take the Zen way to your teaching. No matter how the last class went, the fact that the right marks, or random mocks that missed your most classroom and held in the classroom by fire or concern about the future or concerns about the future or concerns about the future.
Do not let a number of needs that require you must have a grade or meeting of 90 minutes of employees after school restrict your happiness from contacting the children in front of you. That is easy to say than do it, but the first closest step is to live yet. Here, right now, everything is possible. Most of the debate you experience are indicators of your life-lifesty products, or trying to lean forward in the future.
5. Advocate yourself
Mainly depending on time. To protect your planning time by closing your door is not “backward back,” it is a plan of survival. Just because your departments are closed for 25 minutes that does not mean they are closed. There is a difference.
Did you ask to join the most committees, or other projects that interfere with your priorities as a teacher? This one is deceptive, because there is a little line between self-encouragement and prevents your moral burden and professionalism to work. Try first to reject respect, and provide some ways you can help. Suggest other ways to save time. Or join a slightly reduced role, but I’m giving me when it sounds all.
When asked to do something that seems to be specified, out of your pleasant area, or you simply arrive at a bad time, try to understand the huge idea itself. In this way, you can best support school rather than do what you have to be told at a daily maternity.
6. Find new ways of success
This one is simple. It’s not your class. Those are not your standards. That test is not. Your name is not at school.
Uptick or DOWTUTUS of their learning levels, or the movement of all high-quality or skills to read tears and in the details of learning and even to your school or success.
If you want to work smarter and difficult, as we continue to focus on learning, critical thinking, guidance, as teachers should find new internal paths, and testimony – for our achievement. This does not limit the reporting, but reasonable returns and reasonable thinking in a humble sector in producing the production of execution.
7. Open your classroom departments wide
When things get tough, depends on your kind of personality you can be tempted to do Much in a Here, let me do it. AThat is what kind of thinking finds us in trouble as teachers. You need help. Agreed it. Shouted. Stand the roof of the School. This is not a weak teacher, but a faithful and strong teacher.
And not just to help do better in the tests, but to ask questions, improve new thinking habits, growing as disciples, and show wisdom instead of white.
Reach teachers inside and over your structure. If you do not think that you need help, you have already been a victim of unwanted spots – the products of preventative processes to keep on shareting.
Try education based on a place in true and local communities. Consider how learning based on a project that connects your learners with your peers network, or the niche specialists themselves. And the classrooms are not only allowing traffic to access the search for mobile phones that has never been all your beautiful classroom walls.
