Let’s say what your regulator has not: We are very happy that you’re here. Survival cancer is not a small thing. Return to class – physical, mental, emotional, after that kind of pain is herculean. I am in my second age of teaching 5th grade science. We simply got our results for the back of the second, and I am genuinely crushed. The biggest chunk of my class didn’t pass, and when I knew that some students were struggling, I thought we did better than this. I worked hard to distinguish, reviewing the review periods, I contacted families – but scores didn’t show that. Now I hold on to data meetings and shy talks and a remarkable contractor that appears to follow. I can’t help but feel like I failed. How do I keep this in food with my confidence, and how can I go back in the kind of beating?

Take my hands. Look at my eyes. Repeat after me: You didn’t fail. Teach during the year where many systems still find. Assessment cannot measure that.

I’ve been part of the dialogue this summer finding work in our group. After the internet researching one online, I found the higher number of the principal is a Tiktok leader with more than 10k spots. He puts the learner’s face, promoting the sponsored content in his class, and he has what appears to hundreds of videos – others even students! Make me know the principal Princess soon, but he put it down. I’m not very comfortable with our students privacy vulnerable. Shall I reach the teacher before the school year begins with the business influence on college or waiting until I work with her?
