The journey on the new way
When I wrote my first article in the past, I associated with my work changes as English as the second teacher (ESL) to follow the Design (ID) teaching. That happened in December 2023 – and from there, a lot changed. This is the story of my journey from ESL teacher to the teaching composer.
The epidemic has changed the education. I had been working well with older students, helping them reach their language intentions, but I knew I needed a new guidance. I wanted to continue to support students a lot, variable, and in line with the direction of education.

Building skills and portfolio from scratch
Graduation of this program would not say whether I was ready to continue working or consulting. The teaching design is a craft field, and while I have a basic education, I needed to build literal skills with new tools for me. Ai role in my design process
Another important thing for my study trip has been understood the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the teaching form. Now we are living in a time when technology is advanced, and AI is no longer the idea of ​​the future – it is a necessary tool. As reading any tool, it took time to understand how to use it properly and artistic, from the thinking of recording ideas that guide the material and help access.

Instead of replacing my job, increasing my power, allowing me to work well and focus on deep design. I believe AI is the case with all the new teaching designers should give time to read, not just a skill but as an important skill for the right residence in the wild.

At first, my change from the ESL teacher has been to the teaching composer, I worried that my background would reduce my opportunities. The teaching design involves the most common industries in language education. What I have learned that my ESL experience is power.
