Cookies:
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar (100g)
- zest of 1 theater
- 2 Eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 gauge sane
- 2 cups oats folded
- 2/3 cup OAT flour
- 1 gauge baking soda
- 1 gauge Salt Sea
Fulfillment:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup latest powdered sugar
- Zest of 1 theater
- zest of 1 orange
- 1 – 2 heavy tbsp cream or freeze milk
- 2 Teaspoon sane
- Great Pinch of salt
- Strawberry Groununder
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. LINE paptration with skin paper and set aside.
- In a mixture of mixing, add sugar and zest lemon. Rub the Zest sugar until the texture is like a wet sand. Put an egg, Tahini, Olive Olive, Nevanilla. Whisk together until smooth. Add Oats, OAT flour, baking soda, and salt, and integrate until the dough is mixed.
- Using cookie scoop, reduces the balls into the sheet tray, which gives cookies space to spread.
