I used to love the weekend and smaller programs – where days feel open, almost, possibly. . Sometimes, it is in the timings: drinking my breakfast in bed, walking in a walk, or Sunday afternoon spend hours gone.
Now, my healthy church practices put three things: communication, inspiration, and rest. Here’s how I define my weekends – and simple shifts help you feel like me on Monday.

6 Healthy church habits to put you success
Of course, a healthy “weekend does not mean that you should look at the list of health services. I’ve got so much giving weekends often feel a little in paper – but leave me feeling deeply restored. It is about the order within rather than trying to increase every hour. What does your body need? What does your mind wish? When we allowed them to ask those questions, our weekends become more than just a break from work – becoming our return.
Whether you want peace on a week or you want to feel basic and enabled the work at the beginning of the work week, this healthy weekend weekend can make a big difference. You do not need a full calendar or a full exercise program to make your time closed. Sometimes, meaningful decisions are very good.
Forward, I share six habits that change my weekends – and it helped me get on Sunday for a clear, calm mind.
1. Start in your morning a little
Allow the relationship and date of the week and accept a logical start.
The morning of growing mornings is often flushing alarms, emails, and trying to remember if you leave oven (do I rotate On?). But over the weekend? That’s your turn to return the beginning of your day. There is no better time to exchange speeds to sleep a while in bed for a while, to drink your coffee while watching the sun filter in, to see peace. These are small shifts can change how your day is.
Let yourself sleep slowly (yes, really). Make a slow breakfast – pancakes or toast with salty butter – and open windows. Without the pressure of “go, you are comfortable to let what you need: Week, feeding, and maybe a moment of art.
Try this: Create a morning culture. Even if the brochures, easy, or simply enjoy your coffee without your phone near, let it be tolerant.
2. Move in a well-sensible way

We have a positive outlook to use as something else to do. But over the weekend, what if the movement belonged to the metric – but about the feelings? You do not have to press yourself until the limit is to feel good. Walking in geler ways often brings more energy than tired.

It doesn’t just help me feel scheduled for a church, but it also takes pressure on Monday night. And let’s real: having something cool and nutritious in the fridge makes the whole week feel more.

4. Get out of the reset
The fresh air can change everything.
We spend a lot of time in the house-sanding screens, surrounded by the lighted light, movement from one function to the next. Just entering without being reset. Even if the park walks, sitting on your previous ceremony, or looks at the farmer’s market, entering the heavenly market reminds us of a great thing.
The environment does not have to be a sad thing. Even five minutes of sunlight in your face or showing how the air that moves trees can revitalize your brain in real time. It is one of the most common sense of hearing, clear, and living.
Try this: Direct an unexpected hour without. No scroll, no emails – just you, a new spirit, and maybe a friend or good book.
5. Make space for what fills you
If it makes you feel like you, make your time.
It is easy to allow weekends for a time: cleaning clothes, performing jobs, vomiting. But if all your weekend has grabbed, you miss the opportunity to re-connect fervently. Making a complaint of things wisely, spiritually, emotionally – cannot choose. It’s important.
That may look like a painting, understanding, or holding with someone you love. For me, it is returning of small productive pleasures but somehow I leave and feel again feeling again feeling again. Point no look at work – to remember what makes you you.
Try this: Plan “The Time of Happiness” can be the same way that works. I love to set beside several hours loss in my current hyper-testation of reading or baking something in a friend. Whatever it is lighting, make time for that.
6. Show and set the goals of the next week
A few minutes to show can carry you on Sunday.
The end of the weekend can bring a type of whiplash-sunday at night wrapping within a sudden roll to edit mode. But instead of drawing directly on material things, what if you start? A brief moment of expression, admit, and drink gently next week.
On Sunday evening, I try to pause for a while. I light a candle, hold my journal, ask me a few simple questions: What felt well this weekend? What do I want? What do I want? It doesn’t have to be deeply or well organized – it just helps me from working to work.
Try this: Spend five minutes writing down your priorities on Sunday, one thing you look forward to, and another way will take care of it. It is a powerful practice that helps the conversion to Monday feel aligned.
