The two explain why Hysteria! it was perfect for parents and children.
“Atomic Age kids continued to terrorize their families by turning on, turning on and off throughout the 1960s. The same ‘liberal spirits’ continued to vote [President Ronald] Reagan and ask for an investigation into the ‘obscene’ and ‘Satan’ groups with strong rhythms that their children worship,” the statement continued. “Now, those kids are adults who swear by pronouns, TikTok and a movie about Barbie. The cycle never ends. And it’s hard to escape the feeling that someone, or something, is watching everything, and laughing.”
