The Chocolate Orange Loaf Cake

When it comes to the combination of flavors, there is definitely a few I repeatedly repeated it when I bake things in the kitchen. Any form of fruits contain lemon tons like a cake, or anything with cardamom, but above all, chocolate orange has my heart. Perhaps my Nostalgia of the Flavol rides appear on the folded oranges of my parents used to bring home a shop such as special treatment, but I will always access any chocolate with orange. Sorry, Zoomby, Tom this time!

This chocolate orange chocolate cake may be one of my favorite new ways to bring this combination to life. For Orange Cake Batter:

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar (110G)

  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 1/2 cup milk to choose

  • 150g Flour

  • 1 1/2 TSP Baking Powder

  • 1/4 TSP salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

For Chocolate Batter Batter:

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder

  • 120G Flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 salt

  • A little espresso powder (optional)

With ganache:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Black chocolate


  1. Preheat in oven to 350 F and leather pion line with leather paper.
