Republic Day Parade 2025: As India celebrates its 76th Republic Day on Sunday, January 26, the Republic Day Parade will be organized on Kartavya Path across the country to showcase the country’s rich diversity, unity, equality, development and military. In this year’s Parade, there will be a special focus on India marking the 75th anniversary of the promulgation of its Constitution. About 10,000 special guests from different walks of life are expected for the 2025 Republic Day Parade, which will feature 31 specially designed stalls on the theme of ‘Swarnim Bharat: Virasat Aur Vikas’.
Indonesian President Prabowo Suinto will be Chief Guints at the Republic Day 2025 Parade, which will be the first time to include a tri-Services tableau to show the spirit of pursuit and integration between the armed forces.

The National’s 786 republic Day Parade will start at 10:30 am and continues for about 90 minutes.
The parade will start from Vijay Chowk and proceed through Kartavya Path and India Gate and end at the red fort.
The 76th Republic Day celebration will conclude with a Flypast by 47 aircraft.
The ceremonies will be telecast and webcast online.

76TH Republic Day | 10 Things to Know
1. The ceremony will begin with Prime Minister Narendra Modi visiting the National Memorial, where he will pay tribute to the heroes by laying a wreath. After that, the Prime Minister and other dignitaries will head to the lovely Dais on the kartavya road to witness the parade.
2. The arrival of the President of India and his Indonesian counterpart will be escorted by the President’s bodyguard, the highest organization of the Indian Army. Both Presidents will arrive in a traditional buggy, a practice that returned after 40 years.
3. The preparation of the national flag will be followed by the National Anthem with a famous gun fire using 105-mm light guns, a traditional weapon system.
4. The parade will be performed by 300 traditional singers playing ‘Sare Jahan Sechha’ on musical instruments from different parts of the country.
5 Captain Alok ACLAWAT will lead the helicopter formation.
6. The parade will then begin with the President taking the lead.
7. This year’s Republic Day Parade will be commanded by Parade Commander Lieutenant General Bhavnish Kumar, General Officed, Delhi Area, second generation area.
