Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki starrer Varun Kulkarni is currently hospitalized and battling ‘severe kidney problems’ with the need for dialysis at least two to three times a week. The actor’s condition was revealed by his friend Roshaan Shetty. Sharing a collection of photos on social media, Roshaan appealed for financial help.
In an emotional letter, he wrote, “My dear friend and theater colleague, Varun Kulkarni, is currently facing severe kidney problems. Despite our previous fundraising efforts, the cost of his treatment continues to rise. You need dialysis 2-3 times a week, as well as regular medical care and emergency hospital visits. “
Sharing more details about Varun, Roshaan shared that the actor lost both his parents at a young age and is a self-made musician. “The life of an artist often comes with financial challenges, and in this difficult time, he needs support more than ever.”

Roshaan shared the details so that interested people can help them financially. He wrote, “We, his friends and well-wishers, are coming together to help Varun at this critical time.
