Actor Varun Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, have reportedly bought a property worth Rs 44.52 crore in Juhu. According to property registry documents accessed by IndexTap, the luxury apartment is located on the seventh floor of an under-construction building in Mumbai. According to MahaRERA, the project will be completed by May 31, 2025.
Varun Dhawan’s new purchase measures 5,112 sq ft of carpet area and comes with four parking spaces. The square-foot price of the apartment is reportedly over Rs 87,000. The building was built by D’Decor Exports Private Limited.
According to Times of India, the property registration was completed on December 3, with the actor paying Rs 2.67 crore in stamp duty. However, an official confirmation from the Baby John star is awaited.
The Juhu and Bandra area is home to several Bollywood stars, including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Dharmendra, and Aamir Khan, among others.

Varun also owns a flat in Carter Road, Sagar Darshan. The cost of the house is said to be Rs 60 crore, according to investormart.co.in. Before moving into the family home with his wife Natasha, the actor also had a bachelor pad in Mumbai.
Earlier, after welcoming her daughter with Natasha, it was reported that the couple decided to move to Hrithik Roshan’s house in Juhu. The actor paid a whopping Rs 8.5 lakh, according to MagicBricks.
Varun, who was recently seen in the action film Baby John, will next be seen in Boney Kapoor’s No Entry 2 with Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor. The actor will next be seen in JP Dutta’s Border 2, which will also feature Sunny Deol, Ahan Shetty, and others.
