Signature Global sales bookings more than double to Rs 2,770 crore in Q3 on strong housing demand

Realty firm Signature Global on Tuesday reported a two-fold jump in sales bookings to Rs 2,770 crore mainly on better demand for its housing projects in Gurugram.
The company had sold properties worth Rs 1,260 crore in the past.

Global Signature Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal says the growth in sales bookings is due to customer confidence in the company.

“By aligning our strategy with the markets and focusing on delivering high-end and middle-class houses, we have reached another important step,” he said.
Strong demand during the holiday season underscores the appeal of its carefully designed projects.

“Moving forward, we remain committed to tailoring our offerings to meet the evolving needs of real estate buyers. With this momentum, Signature Global is well positioned to capitalize on new opportunities, strengthen its market presence, and continue to create lasting value for our stakeholders,” Aggarwal. said.

Signature Global has so far delivered 120 lakh sq ft of residential space and has a strong pipeline of 350 lakh sq ft of commercial space in its upcoming projects, and 158 lakh sq ft of ongoing projects, slated for execution in the next 2-3 . years.

In 2023-24, Signature Global achieved a sales booking of Rs 7,270 crore and has set a target of Rs 10,000 crore for the current financial year.
