The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) are in a war of words and posters ahead of the Delhi elections, with both parties accusing each other of adding fake voters to manipulate the election results.

The BJP posted a poster of Kejriwal on social media and said that the former Delhi Chief Minister had introduced a “new game in Delhi” to “save energy with votes”.

Written on X it is alleged that: “The owner of the house did not know, yet hundreds of votes were fraudulently created using the home address, especially in a certain community, with the age of the new voters ranging from 40 to 80 years.”

AAP countered BJP’s allegations by sharing a video of Kejriwal called “The Goat” (the greatest of all time), in an attempt to dispel the allegations.

AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal wrote to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Wednesday, accusing the BJP of stealing votes and distributing money in Delhi. In his letter, Kejriwal raised several questions ahead of the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections.

The former Delhi Chief Minister asked Bhagwat whether the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) condoned the “injustices” committed by the BJP.

He asked if the RSS supported the money distributed openly by BJP leaders to buy votes and the “massive” removal of Purvanchali and Dalit votes by the saffron party.

BJP Accuses AAP of Conspiracy

On Monday, Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva and former MP Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma presented documents alleging a deliberate conspiracy to rig election results in the capital.

Sachdeva highlighted inconsistencies in the electoral roll of the New Delhi district, pointing out cases where missing addresses were used for voter registration.

“One address is listed as house number ‘Zero,’ where 144 votes are registered. Another is simply marked ‘A,’ adding 30 voters. “Such fraudulent activities clearly reveal the AAP’s attempt to undermine the presence of the BJP,” he said.

Verma added that the New Delhi constituency, represented by three-time AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, has seen a significant drop in voter turnout.

“In 2020, there were 1,46,000 voters, but today there are only 1,06,000. In the last five years, 61,000 voters have been removed, and only 22,000 new voters have been added. It is surprising that 1,000 voters are disappearing every month and Kejriwal has never discussed the issue,” he said, PTI reported.
