My 2024 Vacation Wish List: 14 Fun Things I Can’t Stop Thinking About | Wit & Delight

Items on my 2024 holiday wish list, including coupe glasses, cream blush, mushroom-shaped lamp, faux leather jacket, and original artwork.

The holiday season is going well. In order to control my mindless spending, I started keeping a long, active list of things I find interesting that I would like to own. I call it guilt-free shopping because the dopamine hit I get from stocking up on my favorite products is almost like a shopping spree—that is, if I stick with it long enough. Many of the items on this list appeared in this edition.

Whether you’re browsing for gift ideas or just reading for fun, I hope you find something that appeals to you. Here is my 2024 holiday wish list. Find more gift ideas in my annual holiday gift guide!

My Holiday Wish List for 2024

$150 for a set of 4

I don’t drink these days, so when I pour a non-alcoholic drink, I like to do so in a fancy glass. These glasses have been on my wish list for a while now. I love Sophie Lou’s work.

$349 – $499

Since learning Good Powermy interest in wearable technology has been renewed.

$40

Games shake up the monotony of ordinary people and bring people together—especially when it’s a game created by relationship expert Esther Perel.

$395

I love the burgundy color, style, and great fit of this faux leather jacket.

$350

I have been eyeing this piece for a while. We don’t like to use overhead lights in our house, and this lamp can be very bright.

$40

I was lucky enough to be sent this bottle as a gift and it’s a 10/10. It gives that clean look of walking in -10-degree temperatures with just a light tap of your ring finger. I would love to have it in another shade!

$84

This beanie is so cute. It’s available in many colors—I like bright red.

$327 retails for $178
We’ve done some updates in our living room, and I’m looking for these ottomans to create additional seating that doesn’t add too much bulk to the space.

$575

Statement shoes I can’t stop thinking about.

$30 for a set of 2

I love the shape and weight of these candle sticks. They will be discontinued soon, so grab them while you can!

Prices vary

I’m on the hunt for the most specific pieces of art for parts of our house and I check Tappan every so often to see if what comes in fits the bill. Marleigh Culver’s career has progressed well over the years. Bringing one of his pieces into my home is at the top of my wish list.

$64

A delightful container for one of the things I enjoy in life: smell.

$150

Curling up on the couch with one (or both) of my kids is the highlight of my day. We’ve collected heirloom woolen clothes over the years but it’s good not to worry about the extra care involved in washing well-loved bedclothes, especially during these dirty childhood years. We have one ChappyWrap that has quickly become our favorite, and I would love one to add to our rotation.

$129

I’ve written about the Antonio Melani x Elizabeth Damrich collection before (these gloves were in our gift guide) and I love this bright red wrap. I’m still thinking about this matching top and pants. And, this dress!
