VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 08, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Keg Royalties Income Fund (the “Fund”) (TSX: KEG.UN) today announced that its November 2024 distribution of $0.0946 per unit has been declared and is payable to holders of record as of November 21, 2024. Distribution of November 2024 will be paid on November 29, 2024.
The Fund is a limited-purpose, open-ended trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario that, through The Keg Rights Limited Partnership, a subsidiary of the Fund, owns the trademarks and other associated materials used by Keg Restaurants Ltd. (“KRL”). For the use of those trademarks, KRL pays the Fund 4% of the gross sales of Keg restaurants included in the royal pool.
