Empuraan release date: On Kerala Piravi day, Mohanlal and Prithviraj announce the return of the devil | Malayalam news

Much to the delight of fans of both the Malayalam stars Mohanlal and the filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaranthe two have finally announced the release date of Empuraanthe highly anticipated sequel to their 2019 political action Lucifer. At the time of Kerala Piravi (the day the kingdom was formed in 1956) on November 1, both Mohanlal and Prithviraj took to social media to share another movie poster, showing the release date of Empuraan.

Unlike previous posters highlighting the film’s expansiveness and Mohanlal’s powerful character, this latest poster is full of mysteries. It shows a man in white, with a red Chinese dragon emblazoned on his back, facing away from the viewer. While standing in the background, the foreground shows a gray curtain covered in flames and decorated with the same dragon outline in various places. Examination of the poster also reveals the silhouette of Stephen Nedumpally aka Khureshi Ab’raam (Mohanlal) to the right of the man. Given that Lucifer ends by revealing that Stephen is known as Qureshi Ab’raam in the underworld and belongs to a criminal gang, this new poster has sparked curiosity about the relationship between this character and Qureshi and his gang.
