Google Doodle’s Halloween game has you fight ghosts as a cute, magical cat

Google is celebrating Halloween with a cute new Google Doodle game, featuring the return of its powerful black cat Momo.

The third installment in Google Doodle’s Magic Cat Academy series, the 2024 Halloween game has Momo once again raising a wand to ward off evil ghosts. This ghostbusting beast appeared first Google’s 2016 Halloween Doodlewhen he fights specters in a Harry Potter-esque school. Then he went back inside 2020 Halloween Google Doodlediving into the sea to send the blind under the waves.

Now Momo is heading in the other direction, riding a broom in space to smash the leaves in the sky.

As in the beginning Magic Cat Academy In Google Doodles, players must quickly draw symbols that float above the ghosts’ heads to chase them away. While it’s simple enough, it can be even more difficult when each enemy has a series of unique symbols – and when there are hordes coming at you at once.

In 2024 Magic Cat Academy The Google Doodle will be available on the Google homepage for 48 hours, long enough to keep you entertained while you wait for trick or treaters to come knocking.
