External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed the 16th BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russia on Thursday. He said that the agreements reached on international disputes must be resolved through dialogue and negotiation.
He said, “Effective resolution of disputes and disagreements is the special need of the day. Prime Minister Modi emphasized that this is not a time for war. Disputes and disagreements must be resolved through dialogue and negotiation. Agreements, once reached, must be thorough. He is respected.”
