2024 MLB Playoff Schedule – Updated by Championship Series
The 2024 MLB Playoff schedule is now shifting to a best-of-seven World Series game format. The Wild Card round was a best-of-three series, and the Divisional series was a best-of-five. The ALCS and NLCS were best-of-seven game series. If the Dodgers had won five games instead of six against the Mets, we would have started the World Series on Tuesday, October 22nd this coming Friday. The series will see the first two games played in LA. Then, the next three games are scheduled in New York. While we’re still playing, the series returns to LA for games six and seven.
