The Most Awesome Meeting Cards You’ve Ever Seen

Throughout 2024, Gathering Magic released crossover packs with popular franchises like It falls again Assassin’s Creed through the Universes Beyond line. Naturally, the popular card game has many brands at the top, chief among them Marvel, whose packs received their full presentation at the New York Comic-Con before its release on November 4.

The Secret Lair Superdrop has 27 cards spread across five Marvel heroes: Captain America, Iron Man, Storm, Black Panther, and Wolverine. (While Steve Rogers and Logan are the stars of their sets, their minions Sam Wilson and Laura Kinney also appear on other cards.) Along with quick and magical cards themed around their hero, the packs will also come with a few new additions. the famous card of the hero they deserve. Spider-Man will be talking about a tentpole set that is expected to hit next year, and WOTC teased that this Secret Lair drop is “just the beginning” of its collaboration with Marvel. “Hasbro will continue to bring new ways for players to express their Marvel fandom through the Magic: The Gathering collection of Universes Beyond crossover products,” the press release said.

Marvel is coming Magic: Encounter when the Secret Lair Superdrop goes on sale from November 4th for $40 (non-foil) or $50 (foil in limited edition).
