Derek Hough again Hayley Erbert audiences captivated by their chemistry before they started dating.
Hough first connected with Erbert after being cast as a dancer in Sister and Sister Julianne Hough‘s Host a Live Tour in 2014. By July 2015, they were married.
The couple performed together as part of Derek’s fall 2021 residency at the Venetian in Las Vegas, and Derek joked about getting married in one of the city’s famous little white temples during one of their first shows.
“Actually all jokes aside, we’re just playing up here,” he explained after kneeling in front of Erbert – tying his shoe. “But it’s very important to be able to do something you love on stage with someone you love the most.”
The two announced their real-life engagement in June 2022 and tied the knot a year later.
