A pharmaceutical company in Haryana’s Panchkula surprised 15 employees by gifting them cars ahead of Diwali. Mitskind Healthcare, located in the Panchkula industrial area, awarded 13 Tata Punch cars and two Maruti Grand Vitaras to its best performing employees.
Mr. MK Bhatia, the owner of this company, personally handed over the car keys. He praised the employees for their dedication and hard work. “They are like celebrities to me,” said Bhatia, thanking their contributions to the company’s success. He stated that the act was a way of showing gratitude and was not planned to coincide with Diwali.
The staff expressed their gratitude for the unexpected gifts. “Three years ago, when I joined, Sir discussed his dream of giving all his employees a car. Today, he made that dream a reality,” said Venus, senior HR officer at Mitskind Healthcare. Another employee, Rekha, shared her experience, saying, “I was given a gift last year, and the company is still paying my fuel expenses.”
This is not the first time that the company rewards its employees with cars. Last year, 12 employees received cars, making the number 27. Mitskind Healthcare plans to continue this practice in the future.
The Tata Punch, an entry-level SUV launched in 2021, is priced from Rs 6 lakh and is powered by a 1.2-litre engine. The car is known for its safety, having received a 5-star G-NCAP rating.
