Being in the beauty of TikTok and taking care of yourself TikTok in the fall of 2024 should be attacked “winter arc” method. Another way to light up this winter that has been mentioned countless times? Finally growing your hair.
Reducing heat is a sure way to do that. But beyond simply styling your hair at all, Dyson’s hair tools are some of the best for simultaneously reducing heat damage while protecting shine. While they’re usually on the pricier side, Dyson’s Refurbished section will be available in mid-October – refurbished versions of the Airwrap, Supersonic, and Airstrait are all cheaper than usual with discounts between $100 and $220 on six models in total.
A great deal on a Dyson hair tool
Why we love you
Although we’re all Airwrap fans here, and we don’t blame you if you just want Airwrap, alas. Not only does going with the Origin model, but going with the updated version of the Origin model is your cheapest option so far – at $249.99, you can buy two of these for less than the $599.99 cost of a brand new Airwrap. For reference, the Airwrap dropped to $499.99 this past October, and it probably won’t drop that much past Black Friday.
The difference between the Airwrap Complete Long and the Airwrap Origin featured here is that the Origin reverses the attachment, specifically skips the soft and hard sliding brushes, and the 1.6-inch barrel. It comes with a long 1.2-inch barrel for folding and drying at the same time, a fluffy round brush, and surprisingly, the Dryer+ Flyaway is smooth. (If you want all the attachments, the updated Complete Long also sells for $349.99.)
Mashable Deals
Mashable’s retail reporter on the beauty tech beat, Bethany Allard, can personally attest to Airwrap’s smoothing power, and the noticeable difference in heat damage between Airwrap and a cheaper tool like Revlon One-Step.
