The security of Bollywood super star Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Bandra has been so has been greatly increased following the recent assassination of politician Baba Siddique and threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. In addition to personnel, the Mumbai Police has installed AI-powered CCTV cameras equipped with facial recognition technology. These cameras can detect people passing by multiple times, raising an alert if the same face is photographed more than three times, suggesting the possibility of a repeat. A dedicated command center monitors the area around the clock.
The police deployment comes after an incident in April, when gunmen linked to the Bishnoi gang attacked outside Khan’s residence, despite the presence of a security guard.
The area around Galaxy Apartments is now like a police camp, with security checkpoints at many locations and officers deployed at strategic locations. About 60 uniformed police officers, including female police officers, are stationed outside the building, and police vans and jeeps are reporting to the Bandra Police and Protection Division.
Visitors to the building are carefully screened, and all IDs are written and checked before entry. No unauthorized persons or fans are allowed to gather outside the apartment.

Galaxy Apartments has eight floors, with the first floor featuring the well-known bay window balcony. This balcony is where Salman greets his fans on special occasions like Eid, although it remains largely covered by curtains since the April attack. The first floor also houses a bar for entertaining guests, and the walls are decorated with Salman’s artwork.
Both floors have kitchens, and the home has ample space to accommodate guests. Earlier, Salman hosted Ganpati celebrations at Galaxy Apartments before his sister, Arpita, took over the tradition after her marriage and moved to Worli.
Security at Salman Khan’s farmhouse in Panvel has also been tightened. Police have set up roadblocks on the approach road, and tourists are stopped and released after confirmation by their staff. CCTV surveillance and surveillance rarely also secures the area.

According to sources, Salman Khan has no plans to move out of his longtime home to his farmhouse in Panvel.
