Mi Primer Bitcoin, Or My Bitcoin Primer, recently announced its fourth Bitcoin Educators Confrontation. The organization has revealed the time and location of the next event, jumping from Nashville to the city where it started.
Bitcoin Teachers Go Back To The Beginning
Mi Primer Bitcoin (MPB) is a non-profit organization from El Salvador that focuses on BTC education worldwide. The organization is also known for hosting its Bitcoin Educators Unconference, bringing industry figures and BTC enthusiasts from around the world to participate in the event.
The MPB has announced that the fourth installment of their Conference will be held in two months. This time, the event will return to the Capital of El Salvador, San Salvador, where the first edition took place last year.

After the events in Madeira and Nashville, the next Unconference will be held at Cadejo Brewing Company. Scheduled for November 14 at 10:00 (GMT-6), this edition will take place one day before the Adopting Bitcoin conference takes over the city.
At the Unconference, 150 attendees can be speakers at the BTC event only. Participants can pitch their ideas at the beginning of the day as the session and activities are “designed to reflect the Bitcoin ethos.”
As part of the event’s “disconnect and engage” nature, BTC enthusiasts will have the opportunity to engage and connect with industry figures, as well as “engage in meaningful discussions and share insights with others.”
Industry leaders, including Jeff Booth, Preston Pysh, Ben Perrin, and Natalie Brunell, as well as educators and enthusiasts from around the world, have attended previous editions of the Unconference.
The BTC Diploma program continues to expand
The MPB organization launched its Bitcoin Diploma program in early 2022, aiming to facilitate BTC education on a variety of topics, including fiat currency, BTC history, and challenges in different parts of the main cryptocurrency.
Since then, the program has been successful, reaching more than 30,000 students in El Salvador in the past three years. In addition, the 2023 workbook has been translated into 23 languages and taught independently from South America to Asia.
On September 18, MPB shared that the BTC diploma workbook will be “widespread in Zambia” after another organization announced translations into Nyanja, Bemba, Tonga and Lozi.
This non-profit organization has also partnered with El Salvador’s Department of Education to promote access and financial empowerment in the country. The partnership aims to introduce the BTC diploma curriculum to the country’s public education system this year.
The program was designed to educate 700 public teachers, training them to deliver the BTC diploma curriculum to students in their local schools. In April, about 100 teachers graduated from the program, and in September, the nonprofit announced that another 100 teachers had begun the 10-week program this month.
